Falling Off The Edge Of The World (Black Sabbath Cover)

about

Ronnie James Dio passed away 10 years ago as of the release of this video. The man was the most prevalent and powerful voice in metal and his loss was felt across the world and certainly by us. The gap for that power, raw energy, and devil may care attitude has yet to be filled by a single person. We only hope we did him justice with this. All proceeds towards this made through YouTube, Bandcamp, or otherwise, will be donated to Cancer Research UK. Long live the king.

ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO BLACK SABBATH, RONNIE JAMES DIO, AND PARTIES INVOLVED WITH THE ORIGINAL SONG AND THE ALBUM, THE MOB RULES.

lyrics

[Verse 1]
I think about closing the door
And lately I think of it more
A feeling well out of my time
I feel like I'm losing my mind

[Verse 2]
I should be at the table round
A servant of the crown
The keeper of the sign
To sparkle and to shine

[Interlude]

[Verse 3]
Never, no never again!
Listen to me and believe what I say if you can
Never, this is the end
You know I've seen the faces of doom
And I'm only a man

[Verse 4]
Help me, tell me I'm sane
I feel a change in the earth, in the wind and the rain
Save me, oh, take me away
You know I've seen some creatures from hell
And I've heard what they say!

[Chorus]
I've got to be strong
Oh, I'm falling off the edge of the world
Think you're safe, but you're wrong!
We are falling off the edge of the world!

[Verse 5]
Look out, there's danger, nowhere to run!
It seems like desperate measures but sometimes it has to be done
Over, it's over at last
There's a message inside as we build
A new life from the past

[Chorus]
We're falling off the edge of the world!
Yes, the edge of the world!
It's the end of the world!
